Our pre- screening assessment is for people who want to become police officers. This process allows us to figure out where they fit, or if they fit.

We put them through various tests and scenario training that allow us to uncover any potential highlights and skills they may possess. We also uncover hidden biases-beliefs that we hold that we may not even be aware of.
